Stop the Obama Health Care 2010:
Obama's government controlled health care is an unprecedented federal government over-reach into the lives of individuals. And it's a federal power-grab as evidence by the 44 states filling suit on Constitutional grounds.
According to the National Conference of state Legislatures (NCSL), at least 36 state legislatures are now using the process "to limit, alter, or oppose selected state or federal actions, including single-payer provisions and mandates that would require purchase if insurance."
The states created the federal government, and therefore, the states have the power to remove any action by the feds under the 10th Amendment, Called, "Nullification."

The U.S. Constitution gives the federal government limited powers. Yet, they have abused these powers by forcing states to comply, with bills they have introduced. The states created the federal government, and therefore, by using the 10th Amendment, the states can reject any federal bill that is imposed upon them.
This healthcare Bill will create 159 NEW Government organizations. This is something the American people do not need!!
