Stop The Marijuana Petition Movement!!
Ask those who are pushing these petitions, what damage does marijuana have on the Brain and the Body?
Only a few doctors have recommended it medically, and only as a last resort for odd diseases or for gravely ill patients such as cancer patients.
Dr. Gabiel Nahas is a research professor at Columbia University's Collage of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. For thirty years, he has conducted laboratory experiments investigating the effects of all kinds of drug use on bodily functions.
Professor W.D.M. Paton is a member of the faculty at Oxford University in England. He is the chairman of the scientific group in charge of the British government's drug research programs. He is widley reconized as one of the world's foremost authorities on drugs.

6. It causes impairment of mental functioning.
7. Its use leads to the taking of stronger drugs.
How many marijuana users would ever have smoked that first joint if they had known what they were about to do to themselves? Probably not many - if they had only known!!
Stop the Obama Health Care 2010:
Obama's government controlled health care is an unprecedented federal government over-reach into the lives of individuals. And it's a federal power-grab as evidence by the 19 states filling suit on Constitutional grounds.
According to the National Conference of state Legislatures (NCSL), at least 36 state legislatures are now using the process "to limit, alter, or oppose selected state or federal actions, including single-payer provisions and mandates that would require purchase if insurance."
The states created the federal government, and therefore, the states have the power to remove any action by the feds under the 10th Amendment, Called, "Nullification."

The U.S. Constitution gives the federal government limited powers. Yet, they have abused these powers by forcing states to comply, with bills they have introduced. The states created the federal government, and therefore, by using the 10th Amendment, the states can reject any federal bill that is imposed upon them.
